Office Tools includes an application that is used to create, update, manage documents, handle large data, create presentations etc. These tools, if used effectively, can save a large amount of time and effort. Lots of repetitive tasks can be done very easily.

- Efficiently use the various basic, intermediate and advanced level features of Microsoft office tools
- Automate repetitive tasks using Macros.
- To convert PDF files to word documents without using any software.
This course is ideal for kids age 6 or above. This course is offered in offline and online mode and Kids registered in this course will need either a laptop, Ipad, tab or PC(windows,IOS) and a good internet connection to start learning
What you’ll learn!

Learn to create, save, and edit text documents. You’ll discover how to add images and screenshots, customize headers and footers, set page margins, and insert watermarks.
E.g. creating real-life documents, such as a photo gallery, leave letter, calendar etc.

Create, save, and edit presentations. Learn to create charts, insert Excel charts, add audio, and incorporate images.
E.g. Add audio, record presentations, and work with SmartArt.

Module -3 (Microsoft Excel)
Students can handle calculations like addition, subtraction, average, counting, and more. They will learn to prepare charts and graphs from a dataset, format data and cells, and understand logical calculations and formulas.
E.g. Creating a mark sheet, to-do list, and more.

Learn about both hardware and software components of computer systems. Understand the different types and modes of operating systems. You’ll develop practical skills in managing file properties, establishing Bluetooth and WiFi connections, working with file managers, and compressing files (zipping).
E.g. you’ll learn how to work with file managers and zip files for efficient data storage and transfer.

In the end students will be assessed based on a certification project they build on their own.
E.g. Making a presentation on environment Creating a chart on data provided.
