Robotics workshop at Villa Scapes gated community

Little Inventors conducted a Robotics workshop for children aged 6-12 yrs at the Villa Scapes Gated Community in Hyderabad where 30 kids participated. Workshop was based on Lego WeDo through which racing cars were made. Teams were formed of 3-4 students each which built teamwork spirit among the kids.The instructor introduced the students to the WeDo 2.0 software interface, different sensors and block-based coding environment. Empowering the students with hands-on experience, the instructor encouraged them to code the racing car themselves. This approach fostered a sense of ownership and responsibility among the students, encouraging them to take pride in their creations. Racing cars were coded by the students on their own. They got so happy & motivated by making their cars run. Overall the workshop was a good opportunity for kids to learn about robotics & coding.
